The 'green' bit.

We know everyone says they do their bit for the environment, but at The Garden Makers we really do go out of our way to reduce our carbon footprint and make our business the greenest it can be.

How we do our bit:

• We aim to recycle 75% of all materials used in our projects
• All produce is sourced from only the most ethical and environmentally responsible suppliers
• All timber is sourced from reclaimed timber or managed and sustainable woodland
• All polythene or plastic packaging is recycled or reused
• Use of agrochemicals is minimal and where they are required they are used in line with the manufacturers guidelines and handled by our trained staff
• The Garden Makers team is trained in waste management
• The Garden Makers is registered under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989
• All staff are trained in the correct disposal of waste in accordance with the Control of Waste Regulations 1991
